Ridged Rib Knit Dishcloth Easy Knitting Pattern
The textured ridges of this stitch pattern are perfect for a dishcloth. It’s an easy knitting pattern that’s also reversible.
The simple combination of knits and purls in a 4 row repeat make this ridged rib stitch that’s great for scrubbing. And while you may not enjoy cleaning with it, you will enjoy knitting it!
The classic rib stitch is broken up with a couple rows of garter stitch. I’ve included 4 sizes and plus a border around the textured center in this free pattern.

Never miss a pattern!
A smaller project like a dishcloth or washcloth pattern doesn’t take much yarn. It’s a great way to use up small amounts of leftover yarn.
However, it is important to use cotton yarn! I prefer the 100% cotton yarns but the cotton blend is a great yarn for dishcloths too.
Dishcloths are quick projects that are a great way to try new skills. New knitters will love these easy knitting patterns.
