Materials

Gauge

18 sts x 30 rows (after blocking) to 4” (10 cm) measured in St st using 4 mm (US 6) needles.

Notes

  1. Please read through all notes and pattern before you begin.
  2. Stitch multiple is 4, plus 3.

Adjustments

For a wider or narrower scarf add or subtract in multiples of 4 to my cast on. To lengthen or shorten the scarf just continue or stop the 4 row repeat. Remember to stop after Row 4 and end with 3 rows of k all.

This light and airy accessory is crafted with soft #2 sport weight cotton yarn, offering a gentle drape and breathable texture that's perfect for all seasons.

Materials

  • 329 yd KnitPicks Comfy Sport* #2 sport weight yarn (75% Pima Cotton, 25% Acrylic, 136 yd (125 m) per 50 g skein) in shade Flamingo: 3 skeins.

Tools

  • 4 mm needles or size needed to meet gauge.
  • Yarn needle, measuring tape, scissors.

Instructions

CO 31 sts using long tail cast on.

Rows 1 – 3. K all.
Row 4. K3, *yo, k2tog, k2; rep from * to end.
Row 5. (RS) K all.
Row 6. K1, *yo, k2tog, k2; rep from * until last 2 sts, yo, k2tog.
Row 7. K all.
Rep rows 4 – 7 until scarf is 60”+ (153 cm) long or to your desired length.
Then rep rows 1 – 3.

BO. Cut yarn. Weave in ends.

Block
Block your scarf.
