This is an easy crochet pattern but it does use a special stitch.
Size
Wreath is 2.5" / 6.5 cm wide x 2.5" / 6.5 cm tall without the hanging loop.
Pattern
Start with a magic circle, or ch 12 and being careful not to twist join the first ch to the last ch with a sl st.
Work 12 mb into circle, sl st to first mb to join, and turn.
Ch 1, mb in each mb around (remember to sk the ch 1s), sl st to first mb to join. See the mini bean stitch tutorial if you need to know how to work this stitch.
To make a hanging loop ch 20 (or to desired length), sl st back to first st. = 2" tall
Cut yarn and weave in ends.
Bow
Cut a 30" length of red yarn.
Leave about a 12" long tail and weave down in the next st, and up in the following st. Continue to weave around the wreath, going in and out of the stitches. Work along the edge of the wreath. End at your starting point with another 12" tail.
Use the two tails to tie a small bow.
Trim ends.
Notes
You can crochet around a wooden ring with single crochet first
