Teao Ribbed Crochet Scarf Pattern Easy + Video

Sharing is caring!

Keep the cold out with a cozy crochet scarf! The Teao is a chunky ribbed scarf that works up quickly with superbulky yarn.

This simple scarf makes a great gift for both men and women, or just to keep yourself! With just 2 skeins of Wool Ease Thick & Quick you can crochet this scarf in a weekend.

To get this gorgeous (and squishy) ribbing we’re working in the third loop half double crochet, sometimes called the camel stitch. If this one is a new stitch for you, no worries the step by step pattern includes written instructions plus a video tutorial as well.

Adjustments

To adjust the length of your scarf, add more or subtraction foundation hdc stitches. With no stitch multiple it’s easy to make this scarf to your desired length.

To adjust the width of your scarf stop repeating rows or add more row repeats. Remember any adjustments will affect the amount of yarn you need so plan accordingly.
